1、 Maintenance rules
 
After receiving a repair call, maintenance personnel should arrive at the user's location within the agreed time.
After the engineer arrives at the site, the user should actively cooperate with the maintenance personnel, including the process of front-end system or equipment failure, and should provide relevant information about the system equipment.
After the maintenance personnel arrive, they should quickly identify the approximate fault location, provide corresponding solutions, propose maintenance suggestions, and carry out repairs on the spot.

If necessary, maintenance personnel must obtain the user's consent, issue relevant procedures, and return the equipment to the user's location within the specified time before withdrawing it from the company for maintenance. The user's system or device can function normally

Work should be regarded as the completion of a maintenance task.
After the maintenance work is completed, the maintenance personnel should provide the user with a complete maintenance report, or verbally describe the cause of the fault, the process of troubleshooting, and the precautions to be taken during future use.
6. Components that are theoretically irreparable, such as burning out and aging of electronic components, are referred to as fatal faults. We recommend that users replace them again and generally do not provide warranty coverage
7. The cost of replacing spare parts required during the maintenance process shall be borne by the user and shall not be included in the maintenance cost.
8. Technical personnel have the obligation to maintain data confidentiality and shall not disclose user data.
 

2、 Maintenance project work procedures 
Our company has been committed to the construction and maintenance services of weak current projects in computer rooms for many years. After years of practical experience, we have accumulated rich construction experience and the ability to troubleshoot maintenance faults, mainly involving cases
Examples include construction, renovation, maintenance, and upkeep of power plants, steel mills, cement plants, hospitals, subways, banks, schools, property communities, office buildings, hotels and restaurants, villas, commercial markets, etc
We have accumulated relevant management experience and will definitely achieve the satisfactory results required by the maintenance unit.

（1） Scope of Maintenance:
UPS uninterruptible power supply, EPS fire power supply, computer room air conditioning, frequency converter, water supply system, building intercom, parking lot management system, comprehensive cabling system, building automation, etc.
 
（2） Work procedures during maintenance/upkeep process: 
1. Carefully inspect the operation status of the equipment, inquire about and keep records of all accidents that have occurred from the start of use to the current maintenance/upkeep.
2. Based on the inspection records, carefully analyze the aging degree of the equipment, determine its later service life, evaluate the parts that need to be replaced during maintenance/upkeep, and calculate the expenses.
3. Write down the operating status, degree of damage (wear, aging, decay), how to restore the original state, and a quotation plan for rectification of the equipment, and provide it to the other party for balance and selection.
4. Propose repair/maintenance plans based on customer feedback
5. Sign a maintenance/upkeep agreement, and adhere to the principle of paying in three installments per year:
(1) The first payment is 65% within 7 days after signing the maintenance/upkeep agreement;
(2) The second payment is 25% within one month before the expiration of the service in the first half of the year;
(3) The third time is to pay the remaining full amount within 10 days after the end of the annual service.

6. Maintain annual maintenance records and strive to achieve the following effective guarantees:
(1) If conditions permit, the company will dispatch a technical personnel to the site to be on call at any time;
(2) General maintenance/upkeep projects should arrive on site within 3 hours within the city;
(3) Monthly general maintenance, quarterly major inspection and overhaul;
(4) Quarterly summary of maintenance/upkeep records, evaluated and signed by the user (customer).

7. Carefully organize and keep maintenance/upkeep records, and hand them over to customers as first-hand on-site data. 

3、 Calculation of maintenance costs for intelligent single system (annual) 
UPS power supply, EPS power supply, frequency converter: 30-45% of the new product price;
Terminal equipment: 500-1000 yuan/hard disk recorder, etc;
Building intercom: 15-25 yuan/household for visual communication, 10-18 yuan/household for non visual communication;
Access control system: 600-900 yuan/door;
Building automation: 100-300 yuan/point (the above quotation does not include the cost of equipment that needs to be replaced), specific details to be discussed in person
