2. Freight transportation:
Choose the appropriate shipping method according to your needs, and notify us by phone as much as possible and provide us with the shipping documents so that we can receive them in a timely manner. The goods you need to repair for shipping should be packaged as well as possible (preferably wrapped in 2-3 layers of sponge or foam bags) to prevent damage.
Local customers in Shanghai can come to their doorstep for pick-up and delivery.

3. Reception:
We will notify you as soon as we receive the goods you want to repair. And we will give you the following reply within 24 hours: the malfunction of the goods you sent, whether it can be repaired, the repair time, and the repair cost.

4. Payment:
Please pay the fees according to the payment method provided by our company and notify us by phone as much as possible. So that we can send the goods to you in a timely manner.

5、 Reply:
Please reply to the phone or fax promptly upon receiving the repaired item for confirmation. At the same time, our company will also conduct telephone follow-up.

6、 Acceptance:
The repaired parts shall be subject to on-site testing. After receiving the repaired parts, users must complete the testing within one week and notify us of the test results. If the test fails, the fault phenomenon should be written in a report and the repaired parts should be returned to us for repair. Otherwise, it will be considered repaired (in special circumstances where the machine cannot be tested, the customer must notify us in advance and agree on a test time).

7、 Warranty:
We provide free warranty for the repaired parts that have passed the test run, including the same parts and faults that have been repaired. The warranty period starts from the date of pick-up and covers the same fault for three months and replacement parts for six months. (See warranty terms for details)
